APPLICABILITY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n



These terms and conditions apply to all Outside Escapes offered by Outside Escape.
<\/p>\n

PRICES<\/h3>\n



All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

VALIDITY PERIOD<\/h3>\n



The Outside Escape is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the right to use the Outside Escape expires and no refund is possible. If Outside Escape is unable to provide access to the Escape within this validity period, the purchase amount will be refunded.
<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

USAGE<\/h3>\n



Each Outside Escape can only be used once. After completing the Escape, it cannot be played again. The Outside Escape may not function on outdated mobile devices. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to ensure they use a sufficiently up-to-date mobile device.
<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/h3>\n



The link and access code are sent via email within a few minutes after payment. If the email is not received, the customer can contact us at info@outsideescape.nl. We will respond within 24 hours.
<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

SAFETY AND LIABILITY<\/h3>\n



Outside Escape designs its routes and challenges with safety in mind. However, participants remain fully responsible for their own safety, alertness, and compliance with traffic regulations while participating in the Outside Escape. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by Outside Escape, the company accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during participation.

PERSONAL DATA<\/h3>\n



Outside Escape processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). Our full privacy policy can be found at https:\/\/www.outsideescape.nl\/privacybeleid.

COMPLAINTS<\/h3>\n



Complaints about the Outside Escape should be reported as soon as possible. Complaints regarding purchase, payment, or delivery must be submitted within 2 weeks after purchase. Complaints regarding the use of the Outside Escape must be submitted within 2 weeks after participation.
