Arnout, a 16th-century guild worker mysteriously ends up in front of the entrance to the city mall, on the site where once stood a famous castle. He wants to return to his own time, when the canal was an important defence for the city. Can you find the key that will take him back to 1554?
The route runs partly along the Utrecht Singel, but also winds through the streets of Utrecht's city centre. You pass beautiful hidden courtyards, along one of the bastions at the Singel, and end up at the atmospheric Ledig Erf. There you can reminisce about your escape on one of the terraces.

Route along beautiful places in the city where we would normally have walked by. Nice varied assignments. We also really liked that there is no time limit and we could have lunch during the tour on a terrace, and then continue again.
